Hi and welcome to my page!

My name is Paulina; I’m a personal trainer who specialises in training women. Not only I am a mum (superhero), but also health & fitness lover and believer!

When I became a single mum, I knew I had to be active to stay healthy and happy. It gave me, even more, determination than I expected. With lots ups and downs I started to create a future I always wanted for my daughter and me.

After my adventures with fitness and sports during teen years I fell in love with strength, condition & weight training. I graduated from St. Mary’s University in London, with a Foundation in Sport, Health and Fitness.

I inspire, help and motivate women to achieve their health and fitness goals. I love seeing women who live fulfilled life and enjoy every moment of it. I believe that everyone can lead a healthy lifestyle, feel and look their absolute best!

It is my passion to educate women on how physical activity will positively affect their lifestyle, how to fuel their body, exercise correctly, how to stay motivated and how to maintain healthy habits for life.

My training is a combination of strength, stability, high intensity and circuit. I design all my workouts to the needs of the individual. I have a holistic approach when it comes to health and fitness, and whether it is training at home, group training or online training, I am here to help you succeed.
